Session Structure and Format

Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes and can be conducted in person or via video call, depending on your location and preference. Most clients work with me fortnightly or monthly, though frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and goals.

Each session is a collaborative conversation. Whilst I bring frameworks, questions, and perspectives that facilitate your growth, you remain the expert on your own life and leadership. The insights and decisions that emerge are authentically yours.

    Do I need to be spiritual or have a meditation practice for this to be relevant?

    Not at all. Transpersonal simply means “beyond the personal,” addressing dimensions of human experience beyond ego and role identity. This might include spirituality for some clients, but for others it’s about purpose, meaning, values, and accessing wisdom beyond purely rational thinking. The coaching adapts to your worldview, beliefs, and what’s most relevant for you.
